RETURNS
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, gummies, powders, or consumable products.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Promotional items
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
